How To Start Fast
When you join here, you are joining the Careington Dental Plan "500" Series. Your printed membership material should arrive by mail in about 10 business days.
You do not need to wait for your ID card to arrive by mail to start using your dental plan.
Within 30 minutes of joining, you are sent a temporary e-mail ID, which you can use until your regular ID card arrives.
Fast Start Tip 1: When making your first appointment, verify that the dental office is currently accepting new Careington Plan patients.
Fast Start Tip 2: Print your temporary e-mail ID and take it with you on your first dental visit.
Fast Start Tip 3: Print the Discount Schedule (view your savings) for your State and take it with you on your first dental visit to be sure you receive the proper discounts.
What Happens Next: Your printed Membership material should arrive by mail in about 10 business days.
Vision & Rx Plans: You may start using the EyeMed Vision card (included) and the Caremark Prescription card (optional) once your ID cards arrive via mail.
